Established in 1999, this business specialises in improving the performance of staff working in the dealerships of prestige automotive brands, and its current client list includes many of the UK’s luxury car marques. It designs and delivers bespoke, high margin programs for all management and staff levels from the Principal to driver, enabling dealerships to drive growth and to deliver high quality customer experiences. Within this overall brief, the Company frequently carries out product knowledge and product launch training. The owner has worked in the automotive sector since 1973 and has an extensive network of contacts. He is flexible as to future plans and would be willing to stay in the business in a capacity to suit the buyer.
There are 2 employees including the owner. In addition there are 3 self-employed Associates and a roster of 7 trusted Freelancers who work for the Company part time.
In 2012 and 2013 sales are forecast at £400k and £350k respectively producing an annual adjusted EBITDA of £80k to £100k. However, with the injection of additional skills and resources, the owner believes the business could grow significantly without moving outside the automotive sectors.
