BUSINESS DESCRIPTION
Established in 1993, the company specializes in the design and build of close tolerance tools and gages for the Aerospace Industry and run prototype, short run production, and fabrication jobs. The company has three major and approximately twenty smaller customers. The owners have not aggressively pursued additional work due to the lack of capital. No single/individual customer is more than 35% of overall sales. The company has the equipment and personnel suited to set up a FAA Repair Facility and has been approached by a large customer to do repairs on gearboxes and other parts for overhauls. They do not have the capital to take on this work. Included with the sale is approximately $497,000 worth of equipment and $30,000 of inventory. Prospectus Available. Contact Arnie Lakeyn, The Paragon Group. 480-776-5831, alakeyn@yahoo.com
Expansion Potential
Due to lack of capital, the sellers have turned down work. They state that there is a lot of work that they could bring into the shop if they had more equipment and employees but that takes capital that they do not have. Their capital problems began when their bank was closed by the FDIC and their accounts were only insured to $100,000.
